Audition Process
Meet-and-Greet Jam Session
YLJC Adult program does not have a formal audition process. Instead, we will host an informal meet-and-greet, followed by a jam session with our instructors. During this session, our instructors will gauge each participant's playing ability and group them into combos accordingly.
Please note that adult students must register to participate in the meet-and-greet jam session, and there are no registration fees associated with this process.
The meet-and-greet jam session takes place at 2590 Truxtun Rd., Building 176, Ste. 102, San Diego, CA 92106
Placement Process
Following the meet-and-greet jam session, instructors will carefully place participants into combos based on a variety of factors including skill level, experience, and work schedules.
Placement announcements are sent via email.
