YLJC All-Stars Open For SHADES OF BLUE
It’ll be a hot August night in the South Bay when San Diego Symphony’s Jazz Curator and Trumpeter Gilbert Castellanos presents Shades of Blue, a celebration of the iconic Jazz Label, Blue Note Records.
Joining The Castellanos Quartet for this special night of compositions by Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers, Horace Silver Quintet, Wayne Shorter, and Lee Morgan, will be piano phenomenon, Joshua White, as well as a special opening performance by the Young Lions Jazz Conservatory All Stars!
