Light Snacks and Water Will Be Available For Students

Although make sure your child has a packed lunch,

or money to buy lunch and enough water!

There are a bunch of places in the area, walking distance to buy food.

Monday, November 24th - 12:30 PM – 6:30 PM

with Jeff Hamilton & John Clayton all day!
 

• Arrival 12:30 pm (Arrive with enough time to be ready to play/ set up at 1:00 pm SHARP!)
   

• 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm | Full Rehearsal with Jeff Hamilton, John Clayton and Gilbert Castellanos
   

• 2:30 - 2:45 pm | Break
   

• 2:45 - 3:45 pm | Sectionals A: Trumpets with Gilbert Castellanos  (Room 1) & Rhythm Section with Tyler Kreutel (Room 2)  - Saxophones & Trumpets Have Lunch

• 3:45 - 4:45 pm | Sectionals B: Trombones with Matt Hall (Room 1) & Saxophones with John Clayton (Room 2) - Trumpets & Rhythm Section Have Lunch
   

• 4:45 - 5:00 pm | Break
   

• 5:00 - 6:30 pm | Full Rehearsal with Jeff Hamilton, John Clayton, Matt Hall, Tyler Kreutel, and Gilbert Castellanos​
