Volunteer to chaperone a classroom when classes aren’t in session! It’s a great way for students to connect outside their ensembles.

Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance: info@yljc.org PRIVATE INSTRUCTION: Cancelation Policy: Please send an email or phone call within 24hrs of your scheduled lesson in case of an emergency or need to cancel your lesson. This gives us time to adjust his schedule if necessary. There will be a $25 cancelation fee added to your next lesson should you fail to notify YLJC during this window of time. CHAPERONES: Parent chaperones are responsible for ensuring a safe and respectful environment for students and maintaining the condition of the classroom. No food or drinks are allowed in the classroom at any time. Chaperones must ensure that the room is left clean and ready for use the following day. Students are expected to treat all instruments with care and respect. Parent chaperones are responsible for overseeing the proper use of available equipment, which includes the piano, amps, drum set, and PA system. All other instruments must be brought in by students. By signing up as a chaperone, parents agree to uphold these guidelines and help foster a positive space for students to learn, play, and collaborate.
